WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVICE? 

We are based in Cairns and love an adventure, so just reach out about your location.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER OR SPEND FOR EVENTS? 

Yes, minimum dry hire is $500 overnight.

Day event dry hire for markets or branding launch etc POA.

ARE THERE TRAVEL FEES?

For events based within 20km of Cairns City travel is included in your dry hire. For each hour of additional travel, or part thereof, will be $90.00 per hour.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes, price to be determined at time of booking.

DO YOU TAKE CASH AT EVENTS? 

No, all of our services and events are pre-paid.

THE SOIRÉE VAN DIMENSIONS  

5m drawbar to tail, 2m wide and 2.5m high.

DO YOU REQUIRE POWER? 

Yes, we require a standard power point. 

DO YOU REQUIRE WATER?

Sometimes, and is as simple as access to a tap that we can run a hose to.

DO YOU PROVIDE GLASSWARE?

No, we are strictly dry hire.

DO YOU PROVIDE RSA QUALIFIED STAFF?

No, we are strictly dry hire.

IS SERVICE BYO? 

Yes, we are fully BYO based, and do not sell or provide any alcoholic beverages for events.  All alcohol and beverages are to be provided by the event organiser, venue or third party supplier. 

WHAT CAN THE CARAVAN BE HIRED FOR?

Our Vintage Sunliner can suit a variety of different purposes and events. It is the perfect mobile bar for backyard soiree’s, hens, weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and business launches. It is also ideal for businesses looking to create a unique and engaging pop-up or activation. The Soirée is a unique backdrop to sell products at festivals and markets or the perfect setup for craft and educational endeavours.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Access to power.
  • 6m x 3m space with a height clearance of 2.5m for The Soirée Van to sit comfortably.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION FEES?

In the circumstance that a host cancels a booking, we require a minimum of 21 days notice for a full refund otherwise all deposits are non-refundable.

DO WE HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes.
